Don't forget the Proxy settings in context of NT Authority\System, for example the WinINet:
- Start PowerShell as System:
.\psexec64.exe -i -s powershell.exe
- Type following and press Enter:
inetcpl.cpl
- Change the Proxy settings: Connections -> LAN settings
