Replace a text part in textfile

Goal

Replace the text part between ### Test: and ###.

Regex

(?<=<YourStartString>)(.|\n)*(?=<YourEndString>)

Example for a text part between:

(?<=\#\#\#\.Test)(.|\n)*(?=\#\#\#)

1. 1. 1. Test
